This Thursday, Lindsay will be chock full of the Christmas spirit!
Lindsay’s Country Christmas themed parade is set for Thur., Dec. 8 at 5:30 p.m., with a special appearance by Santa.
The parade will be full of lighted floats, golf carts, and should be bursting with Christmas all over the place!
In plenty of time for Lindsay’s Christmas parade, downtown Lindsay is all dressed up for Christmas with beautiful, lighted wreaths on the light poles on Lindsay’s grand brick Main Street..
And for the kiddos – Santa will be at the Scout Hut from 6:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m.
Those interested in being in the Christmas Parade may pick up a parade entry form from the Chamber, located at 107 N. Main in Lindsay.
Parade winners will be announced after the parade on Main Street.
Those who would like more information may contact Ms. Doan at 405-756-4312.

The Lindsay Band program wants your shoes! Old, new, mismatched…it doesn’t matter, ALL shoes are accepted!
The more shoes we can collect, the more money our band program will earn, according to band director, Shelby Lam
It’s a win-win-win…you get a little extra closet space, shoes are repurposed instead of going into a landfill, and your local band kids get the benefit of a great fundraiser!
Any shoes you’d like to donate can be dropped off at the Lindsay band room, located adjacent to the Leopard Arena.
Shoes will be accepted through December 16. Please contact Band Director, Shelby Lam, at ssanders@lindsay.k12.ok.us or (405) 756-3132 with questions.
