Happy to be Blood Donor blood drive is set for Thurs., Apr. 13, according to Tammy Aprill.
The Lindsay Community Blood Drive will be held at the United Methodist Church from 12:30 p.m. until 5:45 p.m. The church is located at 114 W. Chickasaw in Lindsay.
The blood drive is put on by the Oklahoma Blood Institute and South Central Medical and Resource Center.
All donors receive their choice of a FREE T-shirt and one free admission to the Oklahoma City zoo (while supplies last).
Donors are reminded to take a photo ID with them to the drive. Those seeking more information may contact Ms. Aprill at 405-756-1414.

Jason Bridwell Insurance Agency is hosting a dog and cat food drive for the entire month of April, according to Jason Bridwell.
All dog and cat food collected will be donated to Sam’s Second Chance Hounds.
Drop boxes will be located at Jason Bridwell State Farm, 311 W. Cherokee, Ste A in Lindsay and First National Bank, 101 S. Main in Lindsay.
