It’s Tele-Turkey time!
Yes, ’tis the season for the Tele-Turkey contest/give-away on KBLP Radio 105.1 FM, according to their ad in this edition of the Shopper News Note.
Tele-Turkey runs through Wed., Dec. 20 between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.
The person called will need to name the last sponsor (commercial) to win a Turkey or Ham for Christmas.
A form is printed in this week’s edition of the Shopper for people to fill out, if their name and number are not listed in the phone book.
The form may be filled out and dropped off or mailed to KBLP Radio at 204 S. Main in Lindsay.

Santa Claus is coming to Tabor’s Drug again this year, according to Kalyn Tabor.
The Christmas fun happens from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., Fri., Dec. 15.
There will be FREE toys and refeshments. Those attending will have the opportunity to take a picture with Santa himself.
“All of us at Tabor’s Drug look forward to seeing you there,” Ms. Tabor explained.

12 Days of Grinchmas blood drive is set for Thurs., Dec. 14, according to Tammy Aprill.
The Lindsay Community Blood Drive will be held at the United Methodist Church from 11:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. The church is located at 114 W. Chickasaw in Lindsay.
The blood drive is put on by the Oklahoma Blood Institute and South Central Medical and Resource Center.
All donors receive a FREE T-shirt, a Grinch book by Dr. Seuss, to keep or to regift at a holiday toy drive (while supplies last).
Donors are reminded to take a photo ID with them to the drive. Those seeking more information may contact Ms. Aprill at 405-756-1414.

The popular Bible Trivia program on KBLP Radio 105.1 FM has started for the holiday season of Thanksgiving and Christmas, according to their ad in this edition of the Shopper News Note.
Bible Trivia runs through Mon., Dec. 5 through Wed., Dec. 21 at 10:45 a.m. daily, Monday through Friday.
There will be a Bible Trivia question at 10:45 a.m. for a chance to win a Field’s pie.
“Everyone tune in to be a lucky winner!” one listener advised.
