JANICE LAQUITA “MICKY” MILLER–age 89. New Port Richey, FL, resident, formerly of Purdy. Services were held August 4, 2025, under the direction of Winans Funeral Home of Maysville.

JIMMY WAYNE DUNN–age 68. Purcell, resident. Mechanic. Services were held August 5, 2025, under the direction of Winans Funeral Home of Masville.

RAYMOND DONALD ENGLAND–age 96. Elmore City, resident. Retired oilfield. Services were held August 7, 2025, under the direction of Wooster Funeral Home of Elmore City.

Mark Dennis George was born on January 22, 1968, in Pauls Valley, Oklahoma to Jimmy and Geneva (Holden) George. He passed away peacefully at his home in Foster, Oklahoma on July 23, 2025, at the age of 57 years. Mark was a 1986 graduate of Lindsay High School and had worked as manager for Venture Pipe and Supply. Mark enjoyed shooting and collecting guns. Mark was the mischievous one, he enjoyed getting into mischief. Sometimes he got away with it and other times he didn’t. According to Mark, “There wasn’t a tire that couldn’t be burned or a cop car that couldn’t be outrun.” Most importantly, Mark was a family man. He loved his family and spending time together. The family would like to give sincere thanks to Blake Wilson, Monty Morris, Kelly Blake, and Billy Branch for all the help and kindness they showed to Mark during his illness. (The family hopes that they didn’t forget to mention someone.) Mark will be missed dearly by his family and friends. Mark is survived by: mother, Geneva George; sons: Jimmy George and Morgan of Durant, Oklahoma and Tyler Goodman and Kaite of Pocasset, Oklahoma; daughters: Jackalyn George of Lindsay, Oklahoma and Stormy Goodman of Lindsay, Oklahoma; brother, Jimmy George and Karen of Lone Grove, Oklahoma; 11 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Mark is preceded in death by: wife, Rebecca George; father, Jimmy George; and Joe The Dog, The Smart Pretty One. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 30, 2025, at Winans Funeral Home Chapel in Maysville, Oklahoma. Services for cremation are under the direction of John W. Jimmy Wayne Dunn was born on July 13, 1957, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma to Charlie and Ava (Brown) Dunn.  He passed away peacefully at his home in Purcell, Oklahoma on July 31, 2025, at the age of 68 years.

Jimmy was a was a very skilled man.  He spent his life mastering many skills from mechanic, horse trading, and painting.  Jimmy loved riding horses and motorcycles.  He also enjoyed hot rods and fast cars. Jimmy married Regina Hall on April 6, 2007, in Dibble, Oklahoma.  Jimmy loved his family and they were most important to him.  He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Jimmy is survived by:   wife, Regina Dunn; son: Brian Dunn and April of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Chris Gilbreath and Chelsea of Middleberg, Oklahoma, and Cody Gilbreath of Middleberg, Oklahoma; daughters: Tawana Davis of Norman, Oklahoma and Kim Gilbreath of Norman, Oklahoma; brothers: Charles Dunn and Janelle of Purcell, Oklahoma and Kenny Dunn and Trish of Purcell, Oklahoma; and grandchildren: Brantley Dunn, Bryden Dunn, Aubrey Dunn, Alyssa and McKyle Majors, Alexandria Burch, Taylor Davis, Brody Gilbreath, Kendelynn Gilbreath, Christopher Gilbreath Jr., Lilly Gilbreath , Quinton Sylvester, Josie Marie Gilbreath , and Gracie Gilbreath ;  and great grandchildren: London Burch, Evelyn Burch, and Oaklynn Majors.

Jimmy is preceded in death by: parents, Charlie and Ava Dunn; brother, Douglas Dunn; and sisters: Charlene Salazar, Joann Shaw, and Rosalee Oliver, and Evelyn Carter.
